SUMMARY:Fall Worship & Picnic
DESCRIPTION:Enjoy some good ol’ fashioned country worship & fellowship on the farm! \nThe Vosslers invite St. James to come to their farm for our Fall Worship & Church Picnic. \nNew for 2026\, we will gather for worship at 10:00 a.m. at the Vossler Farm (665 Knoxlyn Road\, Gettysburg). \nThis will be the ONLY Sunday worship service.  We will not have worship at church on October 18.  (We will still have the October 17 Saturday 5:30 p.m. worship service at church.) \nThe worship service will follow a Creation Theme and will include a Blessing of the Animals in the service\, as well as communion for all.  It is your discretion to bring your pets and animals for the entirety of the event. \nWe will eat immediately following the worship service.  The church will provide pulled pork\, rolls\, and water.  Please bring a side dish or dessert to share.  At St. James we always try to go-green so please bring reusable place settings (plates\, utensils\, napkins).  We will have a tent along with tables and chairs.  If you’d like to bring your own chair\, you are welcome to do that too. \nThere will also be carnival games and fun for the kids. \nBring the grandkids\, bring your friends!  Pray for great weather!  And we’ll have a grand time! \nRSVP to the Fall Festival!\nPlease enable JavaScript in your browser to complete this form.Let us know if you'll make it to the Fall Worship & Picnic on October 18 at the Vossler's Farm.Household Name *Email *I/We plan to attend worship at the Vossler's. *Yes\, looking forward to it!No\, sorry\, can't attend.Coming for church\, but can't stay for lunch.Morning plans\, but will see you for lunch!Number Attending *select 0123456+I plan to bring.... *appetizer/snack foodsaladhot sidedessertotherAny thing else you'd like to share with us?Submit
