We are happy to open our doors to all youth of the community to our Youth House. This is a safe and welcoming place for youth of all ages. The Youth House is located at 121/123 York Street. Parking for church and youth activities is at the rear of the property, and the primary entrance for the youth house is at the rear of the building through the youth yard.
Weekly Youth Group Schedule at St. James for 2024-2025
Youth Group takes place following the Gettysburg Area School District schedule.
There is no regularly scheduled Youth Group during the summer months.

- Wednesday Mornings
- Middle & High School Breakfast (6:45 a.m. at the Youth House)
- Wednesday Afternoons
- K-5 Youth Group – Wednesdays (3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
- Sunday Evenings
- Middle Youth Group (5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at the Youth House)
- High School Youth Group (6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at the Youth House)
Note: We will follow the same guidelines the Gettysburg Area School District establishes regarding school closings (e.g. if school is closed, there is no youth-group).

Approved Adult Clearances
We strive to be there for our youth in all capacities. It is vital to generate strong faith-bonds with our youth, to show them our commitment and care. We need volunteers throughout the year, in multiple capacities. Consider how you might support our youth through volunteering, and learn how to obtain your volunteering security clearances.
