If you are considering joining St. James, you are always encouraged to speak with Pastor Andrew or Pastor Libby. The Prospective Member Form below can start the conversation and it gathers many of details we’d like to know about you.

Periodically during the year, we also have a New Members Class which is simply an opportunity for you to learn more about St. James, what it means to be Lutheran, as well as meet some of the staff. This is a great opportunity to also meet other new faces in the church. You can attend a New Members Class before or after you join; it is completely optional, but certainly encouraged.

You can become involved in activities at St. James even before you become a member!  Once you’ve made the commitment to become a member, we hope that you will be especially intentional about the responsibilities of membership such as faithful worship participation, learning, service, and giving.

Receiving into Membership Information

Periodically throughout the year, we have a new members class. This class is not required to join, however is a great small-group setting to meet with the pastors, staff members, and some committee leaders. You can learn more about what it means to be Lutheran and particulars about St. James & the congregation.
