Annual Congregation Meeting

All members of St. James Lutheran Church are highly encouraged to attend the Annual Congregation Meeting.

The 2024 Annual Report is available for you to review here.

The Annual Congregation Meeting is very important for church members to attend and actively understand and participate in the meeting and discussion.

To facilitate attendance, Council has decided to feed the parking meters on both sides of York, and Middle & Stratton Streets (the block of the church only). They will go around and start feeding the meters just prior to 1:00 p.m. when the meters become active.

The parking lot at the Gettysburg Fire Hall has also been reserved for St. James members to park if on-street parking is not available the day of the Congregation Meeting.

We hope these two options will make it more convenient for you to attend the annual congregation meeting!

Council will also be providing snacks during fellowship the day of the meeting.
