St. James members were challenged to participate in the Adams County Planting Partnership with the Keystone 10 Million Tree Partnership and Chesapeake Bay Foundation to plant native trees.

Thank you to everyone who ordered trees and plan to plant them this fall!

We are organizing a work party to assist a member of St. James plant their trees along a creek on their property.  Once planted, this riparian buffer will help to prevent erosion, reduce pollutants entering the stream via run off, and provide habitat for wildlife.

We need your help planting the trees.  In the event of rain, we’ve determined Saturday, October 22, 9:00 a.m. – noon as the rain date.  Please sign-up to help!
